Deliveries and returns
Deliveries
We're based in the UK, but we're happy to ship worldwide. All items are posted via the Royal Mail with proof of postage.
We aim to make and ship all orders within 21 days of purchase. We'll let you know if it'll take any longer than this.
For all deliveries within the UK, we'll send your items first class signed for, which should be with you within 1-2 business days. For international deliveries, these should be with you within 5-7 business days. If you'd like your parcel to be sent sooner than this, please get in touch.
If an item goes missing once it's been posted, we have to wait the recommended time as advised by the Royal Mail before we can ship a replacement. We'll keep in touch with you each step of the way if this happens.
Returns
All items are made to order, so please get in touch if you'd like to return something. Original postage costs won't be refunded, and you'll need to cover return postage costs. Where agreed, refunds will be processed once we've received the items back in an unused, as new condition.
We're not able to refund or exchange customised or personlised items (unless they're faulty), so please check the size and spelling before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing then please get in touch and we'll be happy to help!
