About us

The Monochrome Mum started in October 2016 while I was adjusting to life on maternity leave. We're based on the UK's South Coast, and work from our small studio space from home.

After discovering a passion for all things monochrome, but finding it hard to source clothing from the high street that we liked, I started making my own baby clothing. What started out as a small hobby to fill my time while the baby slept, turned into a much bigger adventure than I initially thought.

I now have a passion for sourcing good quality, unique fabrics, and designing tshirts to make your little ones stand out from the crowd. Comfort and style are my main focus, so all our clothes are designed with this in mind.
